One of my favorite dishes is Fried OKRA. Yes, I love fried Okra, but it took me a moment to master the traditional fried okra recipe; I could never get the CRUNCH the way I wanted. Thankfully, I developed a recipe this year that satisfied my taste bud. If you are ever in my restaurant, grab a side of my FRIED OKRA.
